Information, estimates, and assessments
Website content is general business information, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Calculator results are estimates based on your inputs and stated assumptions. Assessment scores are based on self-reported answers. Third-party listing scanner results reflect the records available to the diagnostic at that time and are not a guarantee of complete publisher coverage, ranking, indexing, or directory accuracy.
Services and proposals
Descriptions of marketing, listings, payments, software, and communication services are not binding offers. Scope, fees, third-party charges, term, cancellation, deliverables, and responsibilities are established only in a written agreement accepted by the parties. If a service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the service agreement controls for that service.

We do not guarantee search positions, map placement, AI recommendations, listing publication, verification, message delivery, lead volume, revenue, or other specific business results. Platform rules and algorithms change, and results depend on many factors outside any agency's control.

The site design, original text, graphics, branding, and software are owned by Merchant Hero LLC or used with permission. You may view and use the site for ordinary business evaluation, but may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative commercial materials from it without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Merchant Hero LLC disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of free website content or tools.
